- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar or 2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (in own juice), drained
- 4 slices bread, buttered and cubed
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add flour and sugar and beat until foamy and somewhat thickened.

3Fold in pineapple.

4Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with vegetable spray.

5Top with buttered bread.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
