- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 6 slices white bread (crusts removed, if desired)
- 1 large can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Grease a 2-quart Pyrex dish.

3Pour remaining into pan and bake 1 hour at 350°.

4This is a good accompaniment to roast pork, fresh ham or baked ham.
