- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 2 vanilla instant pudding mix
- Cool Whip on top
- nuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix first five ingredients.

2Pat into 2 pie tins or jelly roll pan.

3Spread it like pie dough with your fingers.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Combine pineapple and sprinkle powdered pudding on top.

6Mix well and cook until it thickens.

7Pour into cooled crust and top with Cool Whip and nuts.
