  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. crushed soda cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine

    Mix together.

    Place the mixture in a buttered 9 x 9-inch pan. Add the cooled filling mixture.

    Make a meringue with 2 egg whites.

    Spread on top and bake until golden brown at 350°.
