  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 or 6 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (cover dish).
