  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Stir in pineapple including juice. Fold in bread.

    Bake in buttered casserole at 350° for 1 hour.
