Pineapple Stuffing

  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Beat eggs and add one at a time. Fold in pineapple.

    Add cubed bread.

    Mix well.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a 2-quart greased casserole.
