- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Beat eggs and add one at a time. Fold in pineapple.

3Add cubed bread.

4Mix well.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a 2-quart greased casserole.

6May be used as a side dish or a dessert (top with whipped topping).
