- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices bread, cut into cubes
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs and can of pineapple (drained).

3Stir in bread cubes until moistened.

4Bake in greased casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6 people.
