  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices bread, cut into cubes

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add beaten eggs and can of pineapple (drained).

    Stir in bread cubes until moistened.

    Bake in greased casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6 people.
