- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Crush 1/2 of the wafers and line greased buttered pan, 12 x 8-inches.

2Cream butter and add sugar gradually.

3Add 1 egg at a time; beat well.

4Spread this mixture over crumbs.

5Whip heavy cream and add 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar.

6Fold in 1 cup drained pineapple.

7Spread over butter mixture and top with remaining wafer crumbs.

8Refrigerate 6 to 12 hours.
