- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (No. 2) can pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Directions

1Melt butter in pan; spread brown sugar.

2Arrange pineapple and nuts.

3Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

4Beat egg yolks until light.

5Add sugar.

6Add pineapple juice and flour mixture.

7Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

8Pour over pineapple. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
