- saved pineapple juice plus water
- 2 eggs
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 14 maraschino cherries
- 20 pecan halves or walnuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Drain pineapple chunks, saving juice. Melt butter over low heat (or in oven) in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter.

3Place pineapple chunks evenly over butter and sugar, then cherries and pecans.
