Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large can sliced pineapple
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- maraschino cherries
- 2/3 c. pineapple juice, drained from pineapple (add water, if needed)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch glass baking pan.

3Arrange pineapple rings on bottom of dish.

4Put cherries in the center of each slice.

5In bowl, mix eggs, cake mix and juice. Pour on top of pineapple.

6Bake approximately 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

7Let set for 5 minutes.

8Turn upside-down on large platter.
