- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
- maraschino cherry halves
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan.

3Arrange drained pineapple slices and cherry halves on sugar mixture.

4Mix cake according to box directions.

5Pour batter over fruit.

6Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
