Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can sliced pineapple
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, eggs and juice from pineapple together.

    In pan put brown sugar and melted margarine.

    Mix well.

    Arrange pineapple slices in pan and pour the cake batter over this.

    Bake at 350° until cake is done.

    Invert on plate.
