Pineapple-Upside Down Cake

- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained; save juice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Directions

1Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan.

2Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

3Top with pineapple.

4Mix cake using juice as part of water. Pour batter over pineapple.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

6When done immediately invert onto cookie sheet.

7Frost cake with pineapple brown sugar on bottom of pan.
