- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- pineapple slices
- maraschino cherries
- 1 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Melt oleo or butter in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

2Spread brown sugar over butter.

4Prepare batter by creaming butter and sugar together.
