Pineapple Upside-Down Cups

- 4 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Place 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in each of four 10 ounce custard cups.

2Arrange a slice of pineapple and a cherry in each cup.

3Preheat oven to 450°.

4Shape 1 1/2 biscuits into a round circle.

5Place on top of pineapple in cups.

6Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and golden.
