Pineapple Vanilla Parfait

  • 3 qt. Yellow cake mix
  • 1-1/2 gal. Canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1-1/2 gal. prepared JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding
  • 3 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping

Directions

    Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 1 full sheet pan (or 1/4 pan for trial recipe).

    Bake as directed on package.

    Cool in pan on wire rack.

    Cut cake layer into circles.

    Add pineapple to pudding; stir gently until well blended.

    For each serving: Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into parfait glass; cover with 1 cake circle and additional 1/4 cup pudding mixture.

    Top with 1/4 cup of the whipped topping.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
