- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. canned jellied cranberry sauce
Directions

1In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O according to package directions.

3With electric beater, whip until soft peaks form.

4Dissolve dry milk in water; gradually add to Jell-O, beating until stiff peaks form.

5Gradually beat in cranberry sauce until peaks form again.

6Put in sherbet glasses; chill or freeze for sherbet.
