   Cook sugar, corn syrup and water until it reaches hard boil stage, 252°.

   Stir occasionally while cooking.

   Beat egg whites and add jello slowly; continue beating until forms a peak.

   Add cooked syrup slowly to egg whites.

   Beat until stiff.

   Add nuts and cherries.

   Drop onto wax paper.

   To make green divinity, use same recipe only use lime jello.
