- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines angel food cake mix
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 6 to 8 drops red food color
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. chocolate fudge ice cream topping
- peppermint candies, crushed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2For cake, add peppermint extract and 6 to 8 drops food coloring to egg white packet and water.

3Prepare, bake and cool cake following package directions.

4Serve each cake slice with vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge ice cream topping and crushed peppermint candy.
