- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. salt
- ground black pepper
Directions

1Hard-boil eggs; plunge into cold water and shell immediately. Put eggs in a quart jar.

2Combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and pour over eggs.

4Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
