Ingredients

  • 2 boxes cherry jello
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • 1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet
  • 1 qt. chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. chilled orange juice or Hi-C

Directions

    Mix and freeze all ingredients except sherbet and ginger ale until about ready to serve and take out.

    Add sherbet and then ginger ale.

    Makes 1 gallon and serves about 25.
