Pink Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. cherry juice
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 pkg. marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Blend cream cheese and cherry juice.

    Drain pineapple.

    Cut cherries in half, if desired. Cut marshmallows in 1/3 or 1/4 using scissors dipped in hot water.

    Mix all together and refrigerate until just before needed. Whip cream and fold in.
