- 1 small box cherry Jell-O
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 2 (16 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 c. red seedless grapes, cut in two
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese (Colby and Monterey Jack or Cheddar)

1Mix cottage cheese with dry Jell-O. Add Cool Whip and fruit. Stir. Add nuts and cheese. Stir. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
