  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs (whole)
  • 125 ml red wine (pinot noir, merlot, whatever you like)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

    Beat butter, vanilla extract and sugar until fluffy.

    Add eggs and continue mixing (for quite a while until batter is very creamy).

    Mix flour and baking powder.

    Add red wine and flour alternately to dough.

    Add cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate chips.

    Bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
