  • 3 large yams, quartered length-wise
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

    Lay yams skin side down in a 9x12 inch baking dish.

    Pour maple syrup over the yams and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
