  • 3 c. pinto beans or 2 cans Luck's pinto beans
  • 6 cornbread muffins
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 chopped green onions
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 1 small jar real bacon bits
  • sour cream

Directions

    Wash and core whole mushrooms; lay flat on baking pan. Sprinkle mushrooms with garlic.

    Fill with Romano cheese.

    Place a pat of real butter on each mushroom.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
