- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. bean juice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 small can coconut
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 3 (9-inch) pie shells
Directions

1Mash beans and juice into paste.

2Mix together all ingredients except nuts.

4Pour into pie shells and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until top browns.
