  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 3/4 c. regular sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. pinto beans, drained and mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugars and margarine together.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 325° or until crust is brown and pie is firm.
