- 1 c. cooked or 1 can pinto beans and liquids
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
- 3 unbaked pie shells (shallow)
Directions

1Combine eggs, beans and vanilla in blender.

2Blend well in a large bowl.

3Combine sugar, margarine, coconut and nuts.

4Add to bean mixture.

5Stir thoroughly.

6Pour into pie shells.

7Bake 1 hour at 300°.
