  • 1 c. bean soup (pot liquor)
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 sticks melted oleo
  • 3 uncooked pie shells

    Mix beans and soup.

    Add eggs and beat. Add oleo; beat.

    Add vanilla, nuts and coconut; mix well.

    Pour into pie shells.
