- 1/4 pound salt pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Sort and wash beans; place in a medium saucepan. Cover with water, and soak overnight.

2Drain beans. Return beans to saucepan; add pork, onion, salt, and water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
