- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 ham hocks
Directions

1Cover beans with water (about 1 to 2 inches above beans).
