  • 32 oz. bag pinto beans
  • leftover ham bone with ham
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. celery
  • 14 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Directions

    Soak pinto beans overnight.

    Rinse and add cold water with ham bone.

    Let cook until done.

    Slowly add remaining ingredients and cook additional 30 minutes.
