Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimento
  • 1 small can black olives, drained and diced
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimento
  • 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles
  • 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels, mix with cream cheese mixture.

    Spread on tortillas, roll tortillas tightly and chill at least 2 hours, cut roll into 1 inch pieces.

    Makes 3 dozen - serve with salsa.
