- 1 pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 bundle fresh spinach, washed and dried
- 3/4 to 1 lb. fresh deli thin sliced turkey or roast beef meat
- Ranch dressing
- 1/2 to 1 lb. thin sliced Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix 3 tablespoons of Ranch dressing into cream cheese.

2Spread evenly over taco shells.

3Layer meat, cheese and spinach leaves, no stems (one layer only).

4Roll up shell (like burrito).

5Use cheese mixture on opposite side of shell while rolling to help hold together.

6Slice 1-inch circles from end to end.

7Use toothpicks to hold together if needed.

8Can use dressing as dip.
