Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour taco shells (large size)
  • 1 pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 bundle fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. fresh deli thin sliced turkey or roast beef meat
  • Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. thin sliced Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix 3 tablespoons of Ranch dressing into cream cheese.

    Spread evenly over taco shells.

    Layer meat, cheese and spinach leaves, no stems (one layer only).

    Roll up shell (like burrito).

    Use cheese mixture on opposite side of shell while rolling to help hold together.

    Slice 1-inch circles from end to end.

    Use toothpicks to hold together if needed.

    Can use dressing as dip.
