Pistachio Bark

  • 12 ounces, weight 70% Dark Chocolate, Or Semi-sweet Chocolate, Chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped, Toasted Almonds Or Hazelnuts
  • 3/4 teaspoons Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Pistachios
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut

Directions

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

    Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir until completely melted. Stir in the almonds and salt, then quickly spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with the pistachios and coconut. Press lightly so they adhere to the chocolate.

    Chill for 1-2 hours; then break into pieces. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
