  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small pkg. pistachio pudding
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 Duncan Hines regular cake mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Beat eggs in a large bowl with fork.

    Add pudding, oil, cake mix, water and sour cream.

    Mix by hand until blended.

    Combine cinnamon, nuts and sugar and set aside.

    In 2 loaf pans, put one layer of batter, 1 layer of cinnamon mixture and 1 layer of batter.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
