Ingredients: 4 eggs; 1 small pkg. pistachio pudding; 1/4 c. oil; 1 Duncan Hines regular cake mix; 1/4 c. water; 1 c. sour cream; 2 Tbsp. cinnamon; 1/2 c. chopped nuts; 1/2 c. sugar

4 eggs
1 small pkg. pistachio pudding
1/4 c. oil
1 Duncan Hines regular cake mix
1/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar

Directions

Beat eggs in a large bowl with fork.

Add pudding, oil, cake mix, water and sour cream.

Mix by hand until blended.

Combine cinnamon, nuts and sugar and set aside.

In 2 loaf pans, put one layer of batter, 1 layer of cinnamon mixture and 1 layer of batter.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
