  • 1 pkg. white or instant cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda or water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend the above ingredients for 2 minutes.

    Grease and flour Bundt pan.

    Pour batter into pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until done.

    Frost with Pistachio Frosting (see recipe).
