   Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.

   Beat until smooth.

   Turn into greased 10-inch angel food tube pan.

   Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.

   Let stand 15 minutes.

   Turn onto wire rack.

   Cool completely before icing.

   ICING: Beat dessert topping and first amount of milk in bowl untl stiff.

   Add pudding powder and second amount of milk.

    Beat until smooth.

    Ice top and sides of cake quickly.
