  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttery flavor oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box pistachio pudding
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (any kind)

Directions

    Beat the first 5 ingredients 4 minutes.

    Mix the remaining ingredients. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

    Put batter and sugar mix into pan in alternating layers, beginning and ending with batter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
