- 1 medium size crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions

1Empty can of pineapple into bowl.

2Sprinkle pudding over pineapple and stir until mixture thickens.

3Add Cool Whip and stir until all is blended.

4Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or in freezer for 15 minutes.

5Great for showers or potlucks.
