Pistachio Pie

  • 1 regular pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (small)
  • 1 large pkg. Cool Whip

Directions

    Add whole can of drained pineapple to pistachio pudding crystals.

    Let stand a short while.

    Add 3/4 package of Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into baked pie shell or crumb pie crust. Add remaining Cool Whip on top.

    Sprinkle top with nuts or jimmies.

    Put in refrigerator to jell.

    Serve!
