- 250 grams Bread flour
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 grams Dry yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
Directions

1Combine ingredients in a bowl.

2When the consistency of the dough becomes even, sprinkle some flour on a clean work surface and knead for about 20 minutes.

3Place in a warm spot to rise.

4When the dough doubles in size, return it to the kneading surface, deflate it, and divide it into 6 pieces.

5Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

6Cover with a dry cloth.

7Roll into 15 cm width circles.

8Bake in oven preheated to 210C for 7 to 8 minutes.

9The dough will puff up as shown in the photo.

10Once they cool down, cut them in half.

11Spread with butter and fill with vegetables, ham, cheese, or any other filling of your choice, and serve.
