- 6 pita breads
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Cut outside around pita breads,using kitchen scissors to seperate layers.

3Cut each layer into 8 wedges.

4Place pieces in single layer on two cookie sheets.

5Brush with butter.

6Sprinkle with dried basil leaves and parmesan cheese.

7Bake uncoverd for 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown and crisp.

8Cool slightly.
