- 1 pita bread (6 inch), halved
- 1/4 c. sauce (commercial pizza or spaghetti)
- 1 c. vegetables (thinly sliced raw mushrooms, onions, green peppers)
- 1 oz. (1/3 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- approximately 1 Tbsp. black olives, drained and sliced thin
- 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Wash and slice all raw vegetables.

2Heat oven to 400°.

3Half each pita bread and toast on both sides until golden brown.

4Spread each half with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1/2 of vegetable mix, 1/6 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tablespoon olives.

5Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and turn slightly brown.

6Serve warm.
