- 4 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
- 12 cup hummus
- 4 teaspoons onions, chopped
- 4 artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 13 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 14 cup ripe olives, sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F

2Place pita breads on ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch.

3Spray both sides of bread with cooking spray.

4Bake until slightly crisp, about 3 minutes.

5Remove from oven and spread hummus on each pita bread.

6Sprinkle with onion, artichokes, and feta.

7Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

8Top each pizza with spinach, tomato and olives.
