  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 4 oz. cooked ground beef, or 1 soy burger patty
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp basil, coarsely chopped
  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 large pita, cut in half

Directions

    Soften the bell pepper in a small frying pan with water. Add the ground beef or soy burger and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the beaten eggs and basil and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are done. Add hot sauce to taste and fill the pita halves.
