  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 1 lb. Polish sausage (kielbasa)
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle Iron City beer

    Add kielbasa and brown (3 to 4 minutes on each side). Add beer; reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, uncovered.
